Before COVID, prices were almost twice as high as today.
As shown in the diagram opposite, the price per m2 in 2018 was 100,000 THB compared to 45,000 THB at the moment.
COVID has caused the Tourism industry and real estate prices to collapse.
Since then, we have seen an accelerated catch-up, and prices which have not regained their pre-crisis potential.
